Eduardo "Lalo" Herrera, Austin Vancil, Andrew Kent, Charlie Sweeney and Brendan Fraser all placed in the top 12 for Colorado, which captured its second team title in the past three years and eighth overall with a 39-point effort at the Pac-12 Championships at the Regional Athletic Complex in Salt Lake City, Utah. Herrera covered the 8-kilometer layout in 23:45.7 to take third, Vancil secured sixth in 23:52.9, Kent finished seventh in 23:54.1, Sweeney earned 11th in 24:11.9 and Fraser was 12th in 24:12.2 for Colorado, which also had Stephen Jones and Alec Hornecker place in the top 20.
