Aaron Bienenfeld, a graduate student-athlete at Oregon, placed second in the Pac-12 men's cross country championship race at the Ag-Ops course in Riverside, Calif. Bienenfeld covered the 8-kilometer layout in 22:37.2 to help the Ducks finish fourth with 94 points. Bienenfeld, who was honored as the men's scholar-athlete of the year in the conference, improved from finishing fifth last season at the Pac-12 final in Utah.
